Speech 5: Drugs

When I was a kid my father smoked (well, he still smokes) and I hated it. I always said I was never gonna taste it... The second or third time that a friend offered me, i tasted it and then I thougth... "All my life thinking about this moment and I say yes instead of no". It was at school and a teacher phoned my father... What he told me is: Son, i don't care if you smoke, but if you have tasted it so early, I'm worried that you won't know how to say NO to joints for example...
I answered that he was crazy, that how could I taste drugs...
When a friend offered me a joint I tasted it...

It's like when we say no, it won't happen,... Then, the moment of the truth arrives and we don't know how to say NO.

Speech 4: Patriotism

Why do some people feel so patriot?... Just think a moment... "Waht Do I Win When I say: I'm American/Canadian/French/English/Spanish/Italian..." I don't know if you know Banksy.. He is a graffiti artist and I love a sentence that he says: "People who enjoy waving flags don't deserve to have one". This sentence says it all, no comments.

When we pay taxes to the government, I don't want that money to go away and be used to build roads in the opposite part of my country, I want them to stay and to be useful for ME. It may sounds a bit selfish, but it isn't, I just say that because if there were no countries this would never happen...

Speech 3: Love

Some people say that love exists, some people say that it doesen't and some don't really care (like me). People say that between love and hate there's just one step... I think that many times, if not always, it's the SAME. If you have ever loved someone you're never gonna forget him/her... and the worst of all is that as you don't want to, you justa hate him, that's why love and hate is the SAME. This is not gonna change...

Speech 2: TV

We may don't notice but we're constantly being manipulated by TV, advertisements, trash programs,...

And that's what I want to talk about: Trash TV.
I don't know other countries but for example, I know a TV Channel that on the morning, after lunch and at the nights has programs of famous people lifes... This programs that last three or four hours make our brains smaller gradually...

Speech 1: Music

Now a days, music is imposed to teenagers and I don't like that, I feel away from people of my age just because of that. I don't like dance music, or house music or hardcore, what does that matter... Some people think that that matters a lot and I just hope that if any of those people read this, think of what they do and how can they help in changing this.
